We were recommended Zacetta Flooring Ltd by Ben at Royston Kitchens and James did not disappoint! He made an appointment with us and explained the different types of flooring and cost for each type. He work closely with Royston Kitchens to fit the flooring on an agreed date best for both companies and fitted new skirting boards as well. James is very polite and easy to work with, his work is fantastic and we will be using him again in the future. Highly recommend Zacetta Flooring. All round 5* service! From coming out with samples, providing a quote, and completing the job; as well as ensuring any work was tidied thoroughly, James has been nothing short of brilliant. He was able to come out to us in a really reasonable time frame and was able to supply and fit exactly what we were after. Recently had a garage conversion and needed a laminate flooring all the way through. We had  plenty of options and happy to listen to James advice for our needs. The floor was done in two sessions ,while work was being completed, and fitted  to a high standard. The finish was top class and looks fantastic. Highly recommend Zacetta flooring. Following completion of a renovation project to connect an oak link to our existing very old cottage we invited James to pop out to see us to assess the work required and provide us with a quote. From first meeting him we knew he was the man for the job. James is extremely knowledgeable and knows his trade. He works swiftly and is extremely tidy. There were some unforseen challenges but James was able to think on his feet to overcome them and the end result is fabulous, we love it. We were also extremely impressed with James regarding his communication skills. From initial contact to any questions we had before, during and after completion of the work his responses were always very prompt. Well done James and thank you.
