The consultation was very thorough and there where a lot of options to pick from. On fitting day everything went smoothly. You can really tell the craftsmanship and attention to detail in James work. We had our skirting removed and refitted which has made it absolutely perfect. Great company 👍🏻

He took a lot of time and effort helped me to get the right flooring to match my kitchen. He also did my sisters house and made an excellent job there. I would certainly recommend him. He laid my floor in a herringbone effect it was a lot of work but made a stunning effect.

Alex Nicholson22/02/2024Update Feb 2024 - I can't figure out if I can leave another separate review so decided to just edit this one. James came back to sort out the flooring for the whole of my downstairs, which included some tricky bits that needed a damp proof surface laying before the flooring could go down. From start to finish James was amazing with communication, recommendations and getting the work done on time. I had told him I would like it done for Christmas but knew that would potentially be a long shot and he got it all fitted, installed and ready for Christmas. The work was done efficiently and quickly and James was great at keeping in to throughout the process from measuring up to deciding the best route to take and then ordering and fitting the floor. I still find myself admiring both the floors that James has put into my property for me, I would highly recommend James to the point where I would even suggest waiting for him to become available if he's booked up when you first reach out! As well as having the rest of the house to renovate, the downstairs floor was giving me stress with the different sections that required different treatments. James was an absolute blessing in terms of sorting this out for me and easing the burden so I could focus on other areas. Will definitely be reaching out to James in the future if I or any one I know has any flooring needs! Needed help with an upstairs bedroom and needed it doing quickly, James was extremely helpful not only with fitting the floor but also helping with deciding what floor to go with, responding to messages and fitting me in around his busy schedule - would highly recommend and will be in touch for more work again in the future!
